- Orders are shipped Monday – Friday , between 9am and 4pm, EST. Orders placed on Government Reserved Holidays or after 4pm during these days will be shipped the following business day. If you have any special order requirements or need a rush delivery, please contact us directly. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. - Return Policy
- Most of the items in your Gift Series™ are valid for a lifetime. However, our bath and body products, because they are made fresh with pure essential oils, have a shelf life of approximately 9-12 months (although we have never received complaints of rancidness after 12 months). Therefore, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges due to premature purchases. RaeCole Products reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
